These terms apply to all purchases made through the Firkin World website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All Firkin World bags are brand new and sold as described. Product images are representative; slight colour variation may occur on different screens. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of a pricing error or stock issue. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment details.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Firkin World website — including images, text, and the logo — is the intellectual property of Firkin World. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firkin World shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
